Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Some items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and digital products.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 03 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you haven't received a refund after the stated processing time, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product due to damage or defects, please contact us within7 days of receiving your order.
- We will replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exceptions
